Our Manager

Rene Marte

Rene has worked with BCS Catering Solutions since October 2001. He has more than 20 years experience in the catering and hospitality industry, including positions as Executive Chef, Production Manager, TAFE lecturer and in management.

 

Rene’s qualifications include a Master of Business Administration (SCU), Graduate Diploma of Management (SCU), Bachelor of Education - Adult Education (UTS) and Qualified Chef.

 

He is a Member of the Institute of Hospitality in Health Care (IHHC) and a Member of Australian Institute of Food Science & Technology (AIFST).

 

Our Executive Chef

Victor Antinora

Victor has worked with BCS since 1992 and has more than 35 years experience as a Chef. He began his working life in Italy and also worked in Germany before moving to Australia.

 

Victor has a long history working in the hotel and health care catering sectors and has a passion to provide clients with a wide variety of fresh, high-quality meals.

 

Our Customer Service Consultant

Ian Hatton

Ian joined our team in 2000, bringing to BCS Catering Solutions a wealth of experience in the aged care sector, having worked for more than 20 years across a range of roles in retirement villages, including food, property, maintenance and general management.

 

Ian also worked for 18 years as an Environmental Health and Building Surveyor, giving him a solid foundation in food health and safety.
