Dementia Care

BCS is committed to providing specialised care and support to people living with dementia in the wider community and within our secure and engaging aged care facilities.

Our dementia care framework guides our quality care to individuals living with dementia. We support and care for each individual living with dementia in a person centred way, with an appropriate, consistent, competent team of staff/ volunteers led by effective management within supportive and safe environments and our RESPECT Dementia Care Philosophy.

Our Care Advocate Model

BCS has been awarded for our Care Advocate Model, which will ultimately be used across all of our dementia care residential services.
