At BCS Kularoo Centre, your care is our passion.

Set in the picturesque seaside town of Forster, Kularoo Centre is located close by to shopping and community facilities, and is operated by leading Christian care provider BCS AgeCare.

The centre provides 160 beds, including high care, low care, dementia care and respite care services, and is designed in a country homestead style. Two motel style rooms are available for short stays for family guests – availability is limited and at a small charge.


At BCS AgeCare we are committed to providing you with personally tailored care, which focuses on your needs and expectations, maximising your independence and wellbeing by offering choice and integrated services. At Kularoo, you will be cared for by friendly, trained and caring staff, dedicated to service.

All low care rooms have ensuite facilities and include emergency call systems.

High Care

Single and double style High care rooms are available with care monitoring systems. Family members may use the motel style rooms to stay the night on visits.

Dementia Care

Kularoo provides 30 dementia care beds in a secure wing. BCS has been awarded for its innovative dementia care model.

Respite Care

High care, low care and dementia specific care beds are available for clients requiring that much needed respite care break.

All BCS residential centres are served by specialist chaplains committed to enhancing the care of residents and their families.
