Care is at the heart of the BCS vision. It’s why the organisation was established 65 years ago.
Today there are a range of care-related employment opportunities at BCS. These include:
- Care Service Employees – working in residential aged-care facilities
- Care field workers – caring for aged clients and people living with disabilities in their own homes
- Care staff working in BCS Care Centres and other community-based programs
- Early childhood care staff
