BCS Career Paths

Care

Care is at the heart of the BCS vision. It’s why the organisation was established 65 years ago.

Today there are a range of care-related employment opportunities at BCS. These include:
  • Care Service Employees –  working in residential aged-care facilities
  • Care field workers – caring for aged clients and people living with disabilities in their own homes
  • Care staff working in BCS Care Centres and other community-based programs
  • Early childhood care staff
Many care-related positions at BCS are of a part-time basis and provide good flexibility and family-friendly conditions.
