BCS LifeCare Employment Ventures is a disability employment service, offering supported employment and training to men and women living with a diagnosed mental illness, who may not be able to work in an open or competitive work environment. As a service we offer high quality and competitively priced lawn and garden maintenance and cleaning services to customers, both individuals and businesses.

LifeCare Employment Ventures receives funding from the Australian Government as an Australian Disability Enterprise, as well as income from our valued customers.

As a service we are committed to providing high quality support to our employees, while seeking to break down stigmas in the community relating to mental illness.
